Corporate Status 

Willowvale Motor Industries (WMI) is a State Owned Commercial Enterprise (SOCE) and a duly registered in terms of laws of Zimbabwe, registration #167/1960. The company is part of the Industrial Development Corporation of Zimbabwe (IDC), a body corporate constituted in terms of the IDC Act (Chapter 14:10). The IDC’s mandate is to promote the establishment or development of new or existing industrial undertakings, to facilitate, promote and assist in financing of new industries and formed in accordance with laws of Zimbabwe.
